VÉSUVE

Conception of a typography called Vésuve which was created in order to illustrate the disappearance of Pompei because of the time and the Vesuve eruption.

I played on the paradox between a readable font and unreadable letters.
Letters of this typeface are difficult to read all alone but when they are next to each other in a word, or a sentence our brain fills the gap and make it clear.
This project has been exposed during march and april 2013 in the Musée de L’imprimerie of Nantes
